Summary of changes:
- Added a 'Spreads' version of the digital files.
- Section I: Updated some page headers to say Outsiders instead of Notorious
- Page 2: Fixed broken hyperlinks to Sections II and III
- Page 17: Updated the following line in prompt 5 to remove an erroneous + symbol: "Once per game, you may call upon them to hack into a device, Vehicle or local security system. A Hostile, Lead or Target immediately loses 1 HEARTS ."
